Teaching Philosophy 指導理念
As a music educator, focusing on students is always important in achieving successful learning.Apart from love and care, the idea of the “3 Is” is promoted as the core value in our music teaching.
音楽教育者として、学習の成功には「生徒中心」であることが常に重要だと考えています。 愛情と思いやりに加え、「3つのI（Inclusive・Inspiration・Innovative）」の理念を、私たちの音楽指導における中核的な価値観として大切にしています。
Inclusive（包括性）
By recognising and understanding the diversity of students’ ages, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, we aim to set goals and plans suitable for each student.
生徒一人ひとりの年齢、背景、経験、考え方の多様性を理解し、それぞれに合った目標や学習計画を立てることを目指します。
Create a safe and respectful learning atmosphere where all students feel valued and heard, promoting an inclusive learning community.
すべての生徒が尊重され、安心して自分の考えを表現できる、安全で温かい学習環境を作り、互いを認め合う学びのコミュニティを育みます。
Be open to adapting teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students. Recognise that different learners require different approaches, and be willing to adjust accordingly.
生徒それぞれのニーズに応じて、柔軟に指導方法を調整します。学び方は一人ひとり異なることを理解し、それに合わせたアプローチを大切にします。
Be transparent and communicative:
Apart from students, parents also play an important role in children’s learning. Therefore, communication is valued not only with students, but also with their parents or guardians.
透明性のあるコミュニケーションを重視します。
生徒だけでなく、保護者の方々も子どもの成長において大切な存在です。そのため、生徒との対話だけでなく、保護者とのコミュニケーションも大切にしています。
Inspiration（インスピレーション）
Encourage students to ask questions, explore, and seek answers independently. A curious mind is an engaged mind, and fostering curiosity is essential for lifelong learning.
生徒が自ら質問し、探求し、自主的に答えを見つけられるよう促します。
好奇心は学びへの意欲につながり、生涯学習に欠かせない力です。
Growth and Exploration:
Music can lead students to different interests, including instrumental performance or music theory. In either way, students can build knowledge and explore themselves.
成長と探求： 音楽を通して、生徒は演奏だけでなく理論などさまざまな分野への興味を広げ、自分自身を探求しながら知識を深めていくことができます。
Real-life experiences:
Students are encouraged to participate in examinations such as ABRSM and Trinity, where they can learn through different forms of assessment. Students are also encouraged to join competitions and performances to build confidence.
実践的な経験：英国王立音楽検定（ABRSM）およびトリニティ・カレッジ・ロンドンの試験に挑戦し、多様な音楽表現と評価方法を学ぶ機会を提供します。また、コンクールや発表会への参加を通して、演奏力だけでなく、自信と表現力を育てるサポートを行います。
Innovative and Creativity（革新性と創造性）
Create a happy and positive learning atmosphere that allows students to develop their own creativity and thinking through music performance and reflection.
楽しく前向きな学習環境を作り、生徒自身の創造力や考える力を育てます。
音楽演奏や振り返りの中で、自分らしい表現やアイデアを大切にできるよう導きます。
